Operator and service scope
Commercial Boiler Repair is operated by UK Gas Plumbers, a UK commercial engineering group. The site arranges commercial boiler repair, diagnosis, servicing, replacement and connected heating-plant enquiries through a regional service-provider network.
Requests and appointment confirmation
A booking or enquiry is a request, not a guaranteed appointment. The attending provider confirms coverage, availability, equipment competence, scope and access arrangements. No national emergency response time or first-visit repair is guaranteed.
Quotes, payment and cancellation
Regional providers set their own prices. Confirm diagnostic attendance, labour, parts, VAT, exclusions, payment and cancellation terms in the provider’s written quotation before authorising work. This website does not establish a fixed national rate, deposit, automatic card charge or escrow arrangement.
Provider identity and work agreement
Ask who will attend and which business supplies the work. Agree the contracting provider, scope, documentation and any applicable warranty before proceeding. Manufacturer approval and universal warranty cover are not claimed.
Site access and safety
Supply accurate equipment and site details, disclose hazards and agree safe plant-room access. Gas work requires the appropriate Gas Safe commercial competencies. Do not bypass safety devices or attempt internal gas-appliance repairs.
Complaints and statutory rights
Send the job reference, provider identity and details of the concern to the central helpdesk and the attending provider. Applicable statutory rights are not excluded by this website. No universal complaint deadline or resolution time is asserted.
Emergency safety
For a suspected gas leak in Great Britain, leave the building and contact the National Gas Emergency Service from a safe place. For immediate danger to life contact the emergency services. The commercial booking operation is not the National Gas Emergency Service.
